When used with a skid, these boxes can stack on top of one another for vertical storage. Often, a used gaylord box can provide just as much stability as a new gaylord box. Pay attention to the weight rating for each box to ensure that overstacking will not cause a safety hazard. Most used 3 wall and 4 wall boxes can safely hold 1000 - 1800 lbs, but it is always best to look at the weight rating for each box that you are loading.
